Terms of Service

Piula is a social network for verified humans. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

One person, one account

• You must be 18 or older and complete the face check yourself.
• You may hold exactly one account. You may not lend, rent, sell or share it, and you may not let anyone else pass a face check or seal a post for you.
• You may not automate posting or interaction in any way. Every post must be sealed by you, on your device, at the time of posting.

Content

You own what you post and you are responsible for it. Do not post illegal content, harassment, threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, spam or content that impersonates others. We remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may ban the person behind an account permanently.

Enforcement

Bans apply to the human, not the account: a banned person's face vector is kept for 12 months so they cannot rejoin. You can contest a suspension by writing to hello@piula.app.

Service

Piula is in beta and provided as is. We may change or discontinue features. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Spanish law applies; disputes go to the courts of Eivissa unless consumer law says otherwise.
